This document provides important information about the services you will receive at Green Heart Healing Space, including our approach to treatment, our business practices, fees, and other information relating to confidentiality.
NATURE OF SERVICES & SCOPE OF PRACTICE
Jade Hodgkin provides complementary health, wellbeing, energetic and educational services within her qualifications, professional capabilities and scope of practice.
Services may include:
- Remedial Massage
- Reiki
- Intuitive Reiki Massage
- Reiki Mentoring and Integration Sessions
- Online Intuitive Energy Healing
- Intuitive Intelligence Integration Sessions
- Flower Essence Therapy
- Reiki and Intuitive Intelligence education and related support
Jade will provide only services within her professional capabilities and scope of practice. If your needs fall outside this scope, Jade may recommend that you seek support from an appropriately qualified healthcare or other professional.
Green Heart Healing Space services are complementary in nature and are not intended to replace appropriate medical, psychological or other professional care.
Jade does not diagnose medical or psychological conditions or prescribe medical treatment.
If you have concerns about your physical or mental health, are experiencing new or worsening symptoms, or are unsure whether a service is appropriate for you, you are encouraged to seek advice from an appropriately qualified health professional.
If you are currently receiving care from another healthcare professional, you should continue to follow the treatment or care plan provided by that practitioner unless you choose otherwise in consultation with them.
YOUR CONSENT & CHOICE DURING SESSIONS
Your participation in Green Heart Healing Space services is collaborative.
Before or during a session, Jade may discuss techniques, approaches or practices that may be appropriate based on the service you have booked and what is present for you at the time.
You are encouraged to ask questions and communicate your preferences.
You may ask Jade to adjust or stop a technique, decline a particular practice, request a pause or withdraw your consent to continue at any time.
Where a service can incorporate different techniques or approaches, signing this agreement does not mean that you are providing blanket consent to every possible technique. Jade will discuss relevant options with you where appropriate.
Please tell Jade if you experience pain, discomfort, distress, dizziness, overwhelm or anything else during a session that you feel she should be aware of.
You are also responsible for providing relevant and accurate information about your health, circumstances and needs, and for letting Jade know when relevant information changes.
Service Type – Massage Therapy
Massage Therapy may include remedial massage techniques according to your individual needs and the service booked.
Depending on what is appropriate for you, your session may incorporate techniques such as deep or firm soft-tissue work, trigger-point techniques, gentle stretching and heat.
Myofascial cupping may also be offered during a Remedial Massage where Jade considers it appropriate. Cupping is optional and will be discussed with you before it is used.
Green Heart Healing Space uses a nut-free and scent-free massage balm. Please let Jade know about any known allergies, skin sensitivities or concerns before products are applied to your skin.
Massage Therapists do not diagnose illness or disease and do not perform thrust manipulation.
Massage is not a replacement for medical assessment or treatment where this is required.
Some remedial massage techniques may result in temporary tenderness or muscle soreness following a session. Please communicate with Jade throughout your treatment about pressure, positioning, heat or any discomfort so that the session can be adjusted where possible.
Service Type – Reiki
Reiki is a complementary energetic practice that may involve Jade placing her hands gently on or above the body.
Reiki does not involve touch to the breasts, genitals or buttocks.
Your comfort and consent are important. If you prefer Reiki to be offered without physical touch, or would like Jade to avoid a particular area of the body, please let her know.
Reiki Practitioners do not diagnose illness or disease, and Reiki is not a replacement for medical or psychological care where this is required.
If receiving Reiki mentoring to support my Reiki training, I take full responsibility for my decision and do not hold Jade Hodgkin from Green Heart Healing Space responsible for this decision. I understand that the techniques and methods shared or used within these sessions are not to be used in place of traditional medical methods or as a substitute for medical advice, diagnosis or treatment, including but not limited to psychological therapies.
Service Type – Intuitive Reiki Massage
Intuitive Reiki Massage is available to clients aged 18 years and over.
It is an individually tailored session that may bring together massage, Reiki, energy work, nervous-system-informed support practices, gentle breathing practices, and intuitive guidance.
The balance of these elements varies according to your needs, preferences and what is appropriate within the session.
The session is collaborative. Jade may suggest a particular approach or practice, but you remain free to ask questions, decline any element, request an adjustment or pause the session at any time.
Intuitive or energetic information may be shared as an invitation for reflection rather than as fact, prediction or instruction. You remain the authority on your own experience and on what feels relevant or meaningful to you.
Intuitive Reiki Massage is not counselling, psychotherapy, psychological treatment or medical treatment.
Service Type – Online Intuitive Energy Healing
Online Intuitive Energy Healing is available to clients aged 18 years and over and is provided live online.
Sessions may blend intuitive energy work, nervous-system-informed support, grounding practices, gentle breathing practices, energetic exploration and clearing, intuitive guidance, symbolic reflection and personalised integration practices.
Sessions are interactive and collaborative. Jade works with what is present for you during the session rather than following a predetermined sequence or promising a particular outcome.
During intuitive work, Jade may receive or notice felt impressions, images, symbols or other intuitive information. This information is offered for your consideration and reflection. It is not presented as objective fact, prediction, diagnosis or a direction that you are required to follow.
You are always encouraged to consider what resonates with your own experience and to exercise your own judgement and personal authority.
Online Intuitive Energy Healing is complementary in nature. It is not counselling, psychotherapy, psychological treatment or medical care and should not be used as a substitute for appropriate professional support.
Please let Jade know before or during your session about relevant physical, mental or emotional health circumstances that may affect your ability to participate comfortably and safely.
You must not participate in an Online Intuitive Energy Healing session while significantly impaired by alcohol, recreational drugs or another substance in a way that affects your ability to participate safely and provide informed consent.
Distant Reiki may be incorporated into an Online Intuitive Energy Healing session where you have booked the session option that includes Reiki integration.
The Reiki component is offered as part of the overall session rather than as a standalone service. It is generally used toward the end of the session to support grounding, settling and integration following the interactive energy healing work.
During this part of the session, you will be invited to become comfortable and rest while Jade offers Reiki from a distance.
As with all aspects of your session, you remain free to ask questions, decline the Reiki component or let Jade know if you would prefer to approach the session differently.
Distant Reiki is a complementary energetic practice. It does not diagnose or treat illness or disease and is not a replacement for appropriate medical or psychological care.
Reiki Mentoring & Reiki Integration Sessions
Reiki Mentoring and Reiki Integration Sessions are designed to support Reiki students and practitioners with their learning, practice, questions, integration and confidence.
Depending on the session and your stage of training, sessions may include discussion, practical guidance, Reiki practices, reflection, attunement where relevant to your training pathway, and support integrating Reiki into your everyday life or practice.
These sessions are educational and supportive in nature. They are not medical or psychological treatment and do not replace appropriate professional healthcare.
You remain responsible for how you choose to use and apply the information and practices explored during your session.
Intuitive Intelligence Integration Sessions
Intuitive Intelligence Integration Sessions are available to clients aged 18 years and over and are intended to support students who are undertaking or have completed Green Heart Healing Space Intuitive Intelligence education.
These sessions provide space to explore your learning, questions, experiences and integration of course concepts and practices.
They are educational and reflective sessions. They are not intuitive readings, counselling, psychotherapy, psychological treatment, medical treatment or crisis support.
Jade may offer questions, observations, practices or intuitive reflections to support your exploration. You remain responsible for deciding what feels relevant and how, or whether, you apply anything discussed.
Service Type – Flower Essence Therapy
Flower Essence Therapy is a complementary wellbeing service.
You agree to provide information that is accurate to the best of your knowledge and to let Jade know about relevant changes to your health or circumstances where these may affect the service.
Flower Essence Therapy does not diagnose or treat illness or disease and is not a replacement for appropriate medical or psychological care.
If you have questions about whether a flower essence or service is appropriate alongside your existing healthcare or medication, please consult an appropriately qualified healthcare professional.
Breathwork & Breathing Practices
Breathwork is not offered as a standalone service at Green Heart Healing Space. Depending on the individual client and what is appropriate within the session, breathing practices may be incorporated into Reiki, Intuitive Reiki Massage or Online Intuitive Energy Healing.
These practices may range from gentle breath awareness, grounding and nervous-system-supportive breathing techniques through to a more active pranayama-style breathwork practice.
Jade is a certified Breathwork Facilitator, trained by Elisha Tichelle as part of the breathwork lineage of David Elliott.
Active Breathwork
Active breathwork is available only to clients aged 18 years and over and will only be incorporated where appropriate within Jade’s training and scope of practice.
Active breathwork is different from the gentle breathing and grounding practices that may be used throughout a session. It involves an intentional, active breathing technique and may create a stronger physical, emotional or energetic experience.
Participation is always optional. Jade will explain the practice before beginning, and you may choose not to participate, ask questions, request an alternative practice, pause or stop at any time.
As with any active meditation or breathwork practice, you are encouraged to consult your doctor or appropriately qualified healthcare professional about any medical or health conditions and whether active breathwork is appropriate for you.
Please let Jade know before participating about any physical or mental health conditions, pregnancy, medications or other health circumstances that you believe may be relevant to your participation.
You must not participate in active breathwork while under the influence of alcohol, recreational drugs or another substance in a way that affects your ability to participate safely or provide informed consent.
During the practice, you are encouraged to remain aware of your own experience and communicate with Jade if you experience pain, significant discomfort, dizziness, distress or anything else that concerns you. You may pause or stop the practice at any time.
Jade does not claim that breathwork will diagnose, heal or treat any physical, mental or psychological condition.
Breathwork is a complementary wellbeing practice. It is not counselling, psychotherapy, psychological treatment or medical treatment and does not replace appropriate medical, psychological or other professional healthcare.
You remain responsible for deciding whether you wish to participate, seeking appropriate healthcare advice where needed, providing relevant health information and communicating your experience during the practice.
No particular physical, emotional, psychological, energetic or personal outcome from breathwork is promised or guaranteed.
Clients Under 18
Remedial Massage and Reiki may be available to clients under 18 where Jade considers the service appropriate and appropriate parent or guardian consent has been obtained.
Additional consent and attendance arrangements may apply for clients under 18.
Intuitive Reiki Massage, Online Intuitive Energy Healing and Intuitive Intelligence Integration Sessions are available only to clients aged 18 years and over.
Online Appointments
Online appointments are conducted via Zoom. Your Zoom link and details for joining your session will be provided in your appointment reminder email before your scheduled appointment.
You are responsible for ensuring that you have a suitable device, a reasonably stable internet connection and access to Zoom at the time of your appointment. Please check that you are able to access Zoom before your scheduled session so that technical setup does not impact your appointment time.
Please attend your session from a private, quiet and safe environment where you can participate comfortably and without unnecessary interruption.
Online sessions should not be attended while driving or while undertaking another activity that prevents you from participating safely and attentively.
If a technical problem occurs during your session, Jade will attempt to reconnect with you. If reconnection is not reasonably possible, Jade will contact you where possible and make an appropriate arrangement regarding any remaining session time.
Where a technical issue within Green Heart Healing Space’s control materially prevents the service from being provided, Jade will work with you to arrange an appropriate alternative.
Recording Of Sessions
Sessions are not recorded without your consent.
Some online services, including Online Intuitive Energy Healing, may offer you the option of having your session recorded so that you can revisit the session and any practices, reflections or guidance afterwards.
Recording is optional and will only proceed with your consent. Choosing not to have your session recorded will not affect the service you receive.
Clients must not independently record an online or in-person session without prior permission from Green Heart Healing Space.
Any recording provided to you is for your personal use only and must not be shared, distributed, published or uploaded publicly without written permission from Green Heart Healing Space.
Where a recording is made for you, Green Heart Healing Space may temporarily retain a copy for the purpose of providing it to you and resolving any delivery issues. Green Heart Healing Space will delete its copy within seven days after your session.
APPOINTMENTS AND FEES
Professional Fees
Current appointment fees are available through Green Heart Healing Space’s website, booking system or directly from Jade.
All fees are stated in Australian dollars (AUD).
Unless another arrangement has been agreed, payment is due at the time specified when you book or attend your appointment.
Available payment methods may vary according to the service and whether the appointment is in person or online.
Third-party payment processors may be used to securely process payments. Any payment information held by a third-party provider is handled in accordance with that provider’s terms and privacy practices. Jade uses Stripe and Square.

Green Heart Healing Space may change its services and prices from time to time. Changes to advertised prices will not retrospectively change the agreed price of an appointment you have already booked unless you agree to the change.
Cancellations, Rescheduling & Missed Appointments
Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This gives Jade an opportunity to offer the appointment to another client.
If you miss an appointment, cancel it or request to reschedule with less than 6 hours’ notice, a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the booked appointment fee may apply.
Any applicable cancellation fee must be paid before your next scheduled appointment or within seven business days, whichever occurs first.
Jade understands that unexpected circumstances can occur and may exercise discretion in exceptional circumstances.
If you arrive late, your appointment may need to finish at the originally scheduled time so that the next client is not affected. The full booked session fee will generally remain payable.
Appointment reminders may be sent by email and/or SMS as a courtesy. You remain responsible for remembering and attending your appointment even if a reminder is not received.
If Jade needs to cancel or reschedule your appointment, she will provide as much notice as reasonably possible and will arrange an alternative appointment or other appropriate option with you.
Frequency of Appointments
Where relevant, Jade may discuss possible frequency or timing of future appointments with you based on your goals, preferences and response to the service.
Individual responses vary, and Green Heart Healing Space does not guarantee that a particular number or frequency of appointments will produce a particular result.
You are always free to decide whether you would like to book another appointment.
CONFIDENTIALITY, PRIVACY AND RECORD MANAGEMENT
Confidentiality and Privacy
Green Heart Healing Space treats information shared during your sessions as private and confidential.
Information will not ordinarily be disclosed to another person without your consent.
There may be circumstances where information can or must be disclosed without your consent, including where disclosure is required or authorised by law or where there are serious concerns relating to safety. Where appropriate and legally permitted, Jade will aim to discuss this with you.
If you have questions about confidentiality or how your information is handled, you are welcome to ask.
Health Record Management
Green Heart Healing Space may collect personal and health information that is reasonably necessary to provide and administer your services. This may include information you provide through intake forms, correspondence and sessions, as well as relevant notes about services provided.
Please provide only information that is relevant to your care or that you would like Jade to be aware of.
Where appropriate and with your consent or as otherwise permitted by law, Green Heart Healing Space may receive relevant information from another healthcare provider or professional involved in your care.
Client information and records are managed using Zanda, formerly known as Power Diary, along with other systems reasonably required to operate Green Heart Healing Space.
Personal and health information will be handled in accordance with applicable Australian privacy requirements and Green Heart Healing Space’s Privacy Policy.
Records will be retained for the period required by applicable legal, professional and record-keeping obligations.
You may request access to personal information Green Heart Healing Space holds about you, subject to applicable legal requirements and exceptions.
Security and Privacy
The security and privacy of your data is our top priority. We manage all patient data through Zanda, an ISO 27001-certified practice management system. This ensures that your data is protected by software that meets the highest global standards for information security management and complies with all applicable privacy regulations.
Your Responsibility & Personal Authority
Green Heart Healing Space aims to provide a respectful and collaborative environment in which you can explore your wellbeing, learning and personal experience.
Any intuitive guidance, energetic impressions, reflective questions, educational information or suggestions offered during a service are provided for your consideration.
You are encouraged to use your own judgement, values and lived experience when deciding what is meaningful or useful to you.
Nothing shared during a session should be interpreted as a requirement to make a particular personal, medical, relationship, financial, legal or other significant life decision.
Where a decision requires specialist professional expertise, you should obtain advice from an appropriately qualified professional.
No particular physical, emotional, energetic, spiritual, personal or other outcome is guaranteed from any Green Heart Healing Space service.
Respectful Communication & Professional Boundaries
Green Heart Healing Space is committed to providing a respectful environment for clients.
Clients are also expected to communicate respectfully with Jade and to respect professional and personal boundaries.
Green Heart Healing Space reserves the right to pause, decline or discontinue a service where Jade reasonably believes it is outside her scope of practice, appropriate professional boundaries cannot be maintained, participation is unsafe, or behaviour toward Jade is abusive, threatening, discriminatory or otherwise inappropriate.
Where reasonably possible, Jade will communicate the reason for discontinuing a service and, where appropriate, suggest that the client seek alternative support.
Changes to This Agreement
Green Heart Healing Space may update this Client Service Agreement from time to time to reflect changes to services, business practices, technology or legal and professional requirements.
The current version will be made available through Green Heart Healing Space’s website and/or client systems.
Where a change materially affects an existing client’s booked service, Green Heart Healing Space will take reasonable steps to communicate that change where appropriate.
BOOKING AN APPOINTMENT
This agreement will be emailed to clients before their first appointment to sign and indicate that all information is read, understood and accepted. Client declaration as follows:
- I have read and understood this Client Service Agreement;
- I have had the opportunity to ask questions about anything I do not understand;
- I understand the nature and scope of the Green Heart Healing Space service I am receiving;
- I understand that Green Heart Healing Space services are complementary and do not replace appropriate medical, psychological or other professional care;
- I agree to provide information that is accurate to the best of my knowledge and to let Jade know about relevant changes;
- I understand that I can ask questions, decline a suggested technique or practice, request an adjustment or pause, or withdraw my consent to continue a session at any time;
- I understand that withdrawing consent does not require Green Heart Healing Space to delete records that it is legally or professionally required to retain; and
- I agree to the terms of this Client Service Agreement.
REIKI COURSES
PAYMENT & CANCELLATION POLICY
Booking Your In-Person Reiki Course
Students enrol for scheduled in-person Reiki courses directly through Green Heart Healing Space. No payment is taken when you initially submit your enrolment through the client booking portal.
Once Green Heart Healing Space receives your enrolment, you will be sent your welcome information, student intake form and payment options.
As only a limited number of places are available for each course date, a 40% non-refundable and non-transferable deposit is required to secure your place.
Your place in the course is not confirmed until your deposit has been received.
If your deposit is not received within the timeframe specified in your welcome email, your place may be released to another student.
Cancellation/Refund Policy
Your 40% deposit secures your place in a scheduled course and is non-refundable and non-transferable.
If you cancel your booking before the course commences, the following terms apply:
Eight or more days before the course:
You will be entitled to a refund of any monies paid in excess of the non-refundable deposit.
Between 48 hours and seven days before the course:
Where the course fee has been paid in full, you will be entitled to a refund of 25% of the total course fee.
Within 48 hours of the course:
Where the course fee has been paid in full, you will be entitled to a refund of 10% of the total course fee.
Course fees are not transferable to another scheduled course. Green Heart Healing Space offers a limited number of Reiki courses each year and cannot guarantee future course dates or enrolment spaces.
Refunds will be issued in cases of confirmed billing errors or duplicate charges. Requests relating to a billing error or duplicate charge should be submitted within 14 days of the transaction so the issue can be investigated promptly.
If you have questions about how this policy applies to your circumstances, please contact Jade before your course.
If Green Heart Healing Space Needs to Reschedule
If Jade is unable to attend a scheduled Reiki course day or a pre-booked follow-up, mentoring, Integration or Attunement Session, she will contact you and provide as much notice as reasonably possible.
Where possible, an alternative course date or appointment will be arranged.
If circumstances prevent an alternative from being offered immediately, Green Heart Healing Space will endeavour to make alternative arrangements as soon as reasonably practicable.
Intellectual Property
The course materials and resources provided by Jade during your Reiki training are protected by copyright and are provided for your personal and non-commercial use.
You may use these materials to support your own learning and Reiki practice. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, share, publish, sell or otherwise provide the course materials or resources to another person without Jade’s prior written permission.
Media Release – Reiki Courses
From time to time, photographs or videos may be taken during Reiki training.
I give permission to Jade Hodgkin and Green Heart Healing Space to use photographs or videos in which I appear for purposes relating to Green Heart Healing Space, including its website, social media, publications and promotional communications.
I understand that agreeing to this Media Release is optional and is not a condition of participating in the Reiki course.
Reiki Course Consent

I consent to Jade Hodgkin, trading as Green Heart Healing Space, collecting, storing and using the personal information I provide in this form for purposes connected with my Reiki training and the provision of services to me, in accordance with applicable privacy and other legal requirements.
Participation in Reiki Training
This statement is provided on in-person Reiki course intake forms.
I consent to participate in the Reiki training in which I have enrolled.
I understand that Reiki training is provided for educational, personal and spiritual development purposes.
I understand that Reiki and the techniques, practices, and information taught during my training are not a substitute for medical, psychological, or other appropriately qualified professional advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
I remain responsible for my own health, well-being, decisions and actions and will seek appropriately qualified professional advice where appropriate.
I understand that my participation in Reiki training does not guarantee any particular personal, health, spiritual or professional outcome.
Student Declaration
I confirm that:
- I have read and understood the information contained in this Student Intake Form.
- I have had the opportunity to ask questions about anything I do not understand.
- I accept the Payment & Cancellation Policy applicable to my enrolment.
- I understand that my included follow-up session must be completed within three months of my in-person Reiki course date.
- I understand that an unused included follow-up session will expire after this period unless Green Heart Healing Space agrees otherwise in exceptional circumstances.
- The information I have provided in this form is true and accurate to the best of my knowledge.
- I consent to participate in the Reiki training in which I have enrolled.
NURTURING YOUR INTUITIVE INTELLIGENCE COURSE
Nurturing Your Intuitive Intelligence is an intuition development course designed to help you explore how you experience and work with your own intuition.
The course includes spiritual and intuitive teachings, practices and perspectives drawn from Jade’s training, professional experience and personal practice. You are encouraged to remain curious, use your own discernment and take from the course what feels relevant and useful to you. There is no particular intuitive experience you are expected to have, and Jade will not tell you what your experiences have to mean.
The course and any associated mentoring are educational and spiritual in nature. They are not medical, psychological, or other health services and are not intended to diagnose, treat, or replace appropriate medical, psychological, or other professional care.
Jade does not claim to heal students or guarantee particular personal, spiritual, intuitive, health or business outcomes as a result of participating in the course.
Enrolment and Course Access
When you click the access button from the course page, you will be taken to the checkout to complete payment via Square. Following enrolment, you will receive your welcome information email.
Payment Plans
Where a payment plan is selected, it is offered as a way of spreading the total course fee over the agreed payment period. A payment plan is not a pay-as-you-go arrangement. By enrolling, you agree to pay the full course fee, including any remaining instalments, subject to your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
You are responsible for ensuring sufficient funds are available for scheduled instalments. If you experience difficulty making a payment, please contact Green Heart Healing Space as soon as possible so that we can discuss the situation.
If an instalment remains unpaid, course access may be suspended, and Green Heart Healing Space may take reasonable steps to recover amounts that remain owing in accordance with these terms and applicable law.
Cancellations and Refunds
Please consider whether Nurturing Your Intuitive Intelligence is the right course for you before enrolling.
Green Heart Healing Space does not offer refunds solely for change of mind. Choosing not to complete the course or use the course materials does not automatically cancel your obligation to complete an agreed payment plan.
Nothing in these terms is intended to exclude, restrict or modify any rights or remedies you may have under Australian Consumer Law. Where you are entitled to a remedy under applicable consumer law, Green Heart Healing Space will honour those rights.
If you believe you have been charged incorrectly or more than once for the same transaction, please contact Green Heart Healing Space as soon as possible so the payment can be reviewed.
