What make this different
I offer remedial massage through the lens of nervous system support, understanding how stress shapes the body and how co-regulation, grounded presence, and slow, steady touch help your system feel safe enough to soften. Relaxation isn’t an add-on. It’s built into every technique.
Most people notice the difference the moment they walk in.
The room is intentionally quiet, spacious, and deeply attuned; a welcoming, grounded environment where your system is met, not pushed. The pace is slower, the check‑ins are gentler, and the whole session is shaped around helping your body feel safe enough to let go, so you can receive the work rather than brace against it, and leave feeling more connected to yourself.
Before you arrive
No special preparation needed. Wear or bring comfortable clothing you can move in. If you have recent scans, injury notes, or are seeing another practitioner for the same issue, it’s helpful to mention that when you book — but it’s not required. Just come as you are.
When you arrive
We start with a brief check-in, where you share where your body is today, what feels tight or uncomfortable, and what you need from this session. This check-in isn’t a lengthy intake process; it’s a quick, genuine conversation, so the work is shaped around your body right now, not a generalised plan.
From there, I guide your body into a state of flow before moving into targeted work. This settling phase matters; it’s what allows your nervous system to soften enough for deeper release to happen, rather than bracing against the pressure.
During your session
Your session blends therapeutic technique with nervous system support throughout. Pressure, pace, and focus are adjusted as we go. If something isn’t working or you need more or less depth, just say so.
Your session may include:
- Long, flowing strokes to soothe the nervous system
- Techniques to support mobility and ease
- Myofascial release techniques
- Trigger point therapy
- Focused work on areas of pain or restriction
- Gentle stretching
If something isn’t shifting the way I’d expect, I’ll tell you, and we’ll adapt the approach rather than keep repeating what isn’t working.
Before you leave, I’ll share any aftercare advice relevant to your session, how your body might feel over the next day or two, what to watch for, and whether anything would benefit from follow-up. Maintain your normal hydration level and give your body time to integrate the work.
If your body would benefit from a different kind of support, or if I think a referral to an osteopath or physiotherapist would serve you better, I’ll let you know. There are practitioners I work with collaboratively, and I’ll point you toward the right one.

From the moment you enter, Jade is warm, welcoming and attentive to your needs.
I wish I could give Jade more than five stars. When I tell you that her services, in particular remedial massage, are life-changing, it is not a hyperbole. Jade truly listens to your concerns and tunes in with why you are there on a deep, spiritual level. Once Jade has listened deeply and discussed a plan, the magic begins. I have enjoyed her remedial massage more times than I can count. The flow and attention to areas I didn’t even know needed extra care are dreamy. At no point in the massage was I in pain or felt ill like I have with other remedial, I left with a sense of clarity you get nowhere else. I owe my ability to function day-to-day without pain to Jade.
The space is absolutely divine, too. All so well curated with the attention to detail on the client relaxing and centring themselves. Couldn’t be more happy!

Common Questions
No. While remedial massage can ease pain and tension, it also supports your nervous system, helps you relax, and improves your overall sense of well-being. Many clients come simply for grounding and restoration.
It means I work with your body in a way that helps your nervous system feel safe enough to soften. I use grounded presence, slow pacing, and supportive touch to help your system shift from stress to rest, rather than pushing through tension.
Remedial massage doesn’t need to be painful to be effective. I work with your body, not against it. You’ll stay in communication throughout, so pressure always feels therapeutic and safe.
I reassess at every session. If your body isn’t shifting as expected, I’ll adjust your treatment plan or refer you to trusted local practitioners, including osteopaths and physiotherapists, with whom I work collaboratively.
Yes. In fact, it’s one of the most supportive times to receive treatment. Working with the body gives your nervous system a grounded, physical way to release what it’s been holding.
It depends on what you’re working with. For acute tension or injury recovery, fortnightly sessions often work well initially. For general maintenance and nervous system support, a monthly rhythm is common. Some people work with six or eight weeks as the maintenance between physio or osteo visits. Other people like to book one each quarter. I’ll give you an honest recommendation based on what I find in your first session.
Your body knows how to soften. Let's make space for it.
