Reiki Mentoring
You’ve learned Reiki. You’ve practised. You’ve explored. And now you’re wondering…what next?
A space to explore your Reiki practice.
WHO REIKI MENTORING IS FOR
Reiki mentoring is for Reiki students and practitioners who have completed Reiki Level 1 or above.
You might be newly trained and wondering how to continue your practice beyond your Reiki course.
You might have been practising Reiki for years and find yourself at a new stage of your journey.
You might be working with clients and wanting somewhere to explore questions about your professional Reiki practice.
Or you might simply want some personalised support as you develop your own way of working with Reiki.
Reiki mentoring may be helpful if you are:
- Looking for support after completing Reiki Level 1 or another Reiki training
- Wanting to develop a regular self-Reiki practice
- Unsure about something you’re experiencing during Reiki
- Wanting to feel more confident in your Reiki practice
- Beginning to offer Reiki professionally
- Looking to refine your Reiki techniques
- Exploring your intuitive awareness alongside Reiki
- Returning to Reiki after some time away
- Exploring Reiki philosophy and the Reiki precepts
- Navigating questions or uncertainty in your practice
- Wanting to talk through an experience with someone who understands Reiki
- Considering your next steps in Reiki training or professional development
There is no particular stage you need to be at.
Your practice might be brand new. You might have been practising for years. What matters is that there is something you’d like to explore.
My approach is grounded, practical and intuitive, with plenty of space for you to explore your own experience.
I’ll share my knowledge and experience where it’s useful, while leaving room for you to develop your own relationship with Reiki.
REIKI MENTORING SUPPORTS YOU TO
Every mentoring session is different because your Reiki practice is different.
You might bring a specific question. You might want to talk through something you’ve been noticing. Or we might spend some time exploring where you’d like to take your Reiki practice next. Depending on what you bring to the session, we might explore:
Your Reiki practice
Developing confidence, creating a sustainable self-Reiki practice, bringing Reiki into everyday life, or finding ways to reconnect with your practice when it has become inconsistent.
Reiki techniques
Refining practical Reiki techniques, exploring different ways of working with Reiki, or talking through something that doesn’t quite feel clear yet.
Intuition and your own experience
Exploring what you notice during Reiki and developing greater trust in your own awareness and discernment, without assuming there is one ‘right’ way to experience Reiki.
Working with Reiki professionally
If you’re offering Reiki to others, we can explore questions around your sessions, techniques, confidence, client practice and developing your own way of working.
Reiki philosophy
We can explore the Reiki precepts, Japanese Reiki practices, symbols and other aspects of Reiki that you’d like to understand more deeply.
Your next steps
Sometimes you need somewhere to talk things through. We can explore what feels unclear, what you’d like to develop, and what feels like the natural next step for you.
My role isn’t to tell you what your Reiki experience should look like. It’s to help you become more confident in exploring your own.
Your 75-minute Reiki mentoring session is a space to slow down and give your practice your full attention.
We’ll begin by talking about what you’d like to explore and where you are in your Reiki practice right now.
From there, I’ll listen, ask questions and offer guidance based on what you bring to the session.
Sometimes that might mean talking through a particular experience.
Sometimes it might be practical: refining a technique, exploring a self-Reiki practice, or looking at how you might work with Reiki in a particular situation.
Sometimes there may be a more intuitive or experiential element. Sometimes the most useful thing is simply having space to say:
‘This is what I’ve been noticing. What do you think?’
Depending on what feels appropriate for your session, we may also incorporate guided practice, self-Reiki or a short Reiki treatment from me.
There is room for both practical learning and personal exploration.
The intention isn’t for me to tell you what your experience means.
It’s to help you explore it, develop your own discernment and feel more confident in finding your way.
One of the things I value most about Reiki is that it can become a very personal practice. The way you experience Reiki may not look exactly like someone else’s. I don’t believe you need to recreate someone else’s experience for your practice to be meaningful.
You might notice subtle changes. You might have questions. You might feel completely unsure about something. You might discover that a practice you were taught doesn’t quite feel like your way of working with Reiki. These are all things we can explore.
You don’t need all the answers before you come to Reiki mentoring.
Curiosity is enough.

Absolutely. We can explore how you notice and interpret your intuitive experiences alongside your Reiki practice, while focusing on developing your discernment rather than telling you what you should be experiencing.
Absolutely. Mentoring isn’t only for newly trained people.
Sometimes an established practice brings new questions, new experiences or a desire to explore something more deeply.
Yes. If you’re offering Reiki to clients, we can explore the practical side of developing your Reiki practice, including techniques, session structure, client work, building confidence, intuitive awareness and questions that come up as you begin or deepen your work with clients.
The focus is on the Reiki itself: how you’re working with clients, what you’re noticing in your sessions, and where you might like to refine or develop your practice.
I’m not a business coach, so these sessions aren’t focused on marketing, business strategy, pricing, or growing your business. Instead, they’re a space to explore and strengthen the practical and experiential aspects of your Reiki practice.
You don't need to know what you need. Just arrive. I'll take care of the rest.
Book directly online. If you have questions before booking, you’re welcome to reach out.
