Providing at least 24 hours notice to cancel an appointment helps us to keep your session costs down, maximises our availability to clients and minimises lost clinical time. Appointments missed or rescheduled with less than 24 hours notice will incur 50% of the full fee which you must pay prior to your next scheduled appointment.

If you are late for an appointment your session time may be less than the scheduled duration. Please note you will need to pay the full amount in these circumstances. All prices are listed as AUD.

If you provide us with a mobile number or email address a reminder message will be sent 48 hours before your appointment. This is a courtesy reminder only. If for any reason you did not receive a reminder message and missed your appointment you will still need to pay the late/missed appointment fee. If ever in doubt please feel free to telephone to confirm an appointment.

Gift Vouchers are not currently available for purchase.

For any current vouchers in circulation, they are valid for three years from the date of purchase. Health Fund rebates do not apply to gift vouchers. Vouchers can be redeemed in person at Green Heart Healing Space, 17 Atrium Way, Everton Hills, Qld 4053.

Bring your voucher with you to your appointment so it can be redeemed.

Gift vouchers can be used for treatments and/or products. Gift vouchers are not to be used for in-person or online training and courses.

If my business has donated a gift voucher to the local community for a fundraising or charity event, it may have a shorter expiration date.
