What I Expect from You
Important information about how to care for your own wellbeing and get the most value out of working with me is set out below.
To maximise our time together, please be on time to your appointment or training course. Please use common sense when scheduling your appointments. If you’re unwell or injured then that is not the ideal time for booking an appointment for energy or body work. If you wish to try a sample product in the clinic, please read the list of ingredients, especially if you are prone to sensitive skin or allergies. If you have any questions or concerns, please email me before proceeding with your purchase or booking.
Important Information
I am not qualified to diagnose or treat illness or disease or to perform thrust manipulation. Massage and other energy healing modalities do not take the place of medical treatment where needed. You will need to consult your doctor or medical practitioner if you have any doubts or questions. If you experience pain or discomfort during a massage treatment, it is your responsibility to immediately inform me so that pressure/strokes/heat can be adjusted to your comfort level. Remedial Therapy involves deep soft-tissue work, and, depending on the severity of the problem, it is normal to feel some muscle soreness and tenderness within the days following the treatment.
If you are working with a different health practitioner, it is important that you inform me and continue any treatment plans. I am always happy to work collaboratively as part of your holistic healthcare team.
If any concerns arise during our work together, I strongly recommend you seek advice from an appropriately qualified professional.
If you are interested in a holistic approach to health, you will get the most out of working with me. This means being open to considering and reflecting on different dimensions of your health, such as mental, emotional, and spiritual.
You might not be a good fit for this work if you are not yet ready to explore other dimensions of health and well-being beyond the physical.

Payment Terms
All prices on my website are in Australian dollars and are not subject to GST. If purchasing a product online, postage will be added at the time of checkout.
All payments made through this website are processed using Stripe or Square. When enrolling in a course or workshop, you may pay for your purchase using direct deposit to my bank account or through online payment links with Stripe or Square.
A record of customer credit card details may be captured and stored in Stripe and Square. Stripe Privacy Policy can be found here: https://stripe.com/en-au/privacy. Square Privacy Policy can be found here: https://squareup.com/au/en/legal/general/privacy.
Payment for in-person services can be made online at the time of booking or paid for at the time of your appointment. If you have booked for a remedial massage you can claim with your health fund at the time of your appointment using HICAPS. If for some reason HICAPS is not working, you will be required to pay the full amount for your appointment on the day. I will then email you an invoice on the day for you to claim online with your health fund.
As only a limited number of spaces are offered for each Reiki course date, a 40% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your spot in the course. Once a student registers their name for their selected Reiki training course in the booking system, the deposit will be collected via STRIPE. Following this, a welcome email and student intake form will be emailed to the student within 24 hours. An invoice with any remaining course fees will be emailed within 24 hours. The remaining balance is due seven days before course commencement.
If you cancel your booking before the course commences, the following terms apply:
Cancellations made eight or more days before commencement: You will be entitled to a refund for the total amount of all monies paid in excess of the non-refundable deposit. Cancellations made between 48 hours and seven days before commencement: You will be entitled to a refund for 25% of the total course fee, where your course fee has been paid in full. Cancellations made within 48 hours of commencement: You will be entitled to a refund for 10% of the total course fee, where your course fee has been paid in full. If you have questions about the details of this policy, it is recommended to call Green Heart Healing Space to discuss this with Jade.
Payment plans apply only to Reiki courses and are offered for your convenience only, so you can spread your payment out over time. You are still committed to paying the whole amount, even if you change your mind about your purchase, as you have had access to my intellectual property. It is your responsibility to ensure you have sufficient funds to make payment instalments on time. For Reiki courses, all payments on payment plans must be paid 7 days before the Reiki course start date. If your payment is more than 7 days overdue and you have not contacted me to make alternative arrangements, the payment plan will be cancelled, I will send you an invoice for the whole amount remaining, and my normal payment terms will apply to that invoice. If an invoice is more than 30 days overdue, you agree to pay all costs, including debt collection agency fees and solicitor’s costs, that I may incur in taking steps to recover any money that you owe to me, regardless of whether legal proceedings are issued in relation to the debt.
Course fees are not transferrable to another course. Jade offers a limited number of courses each year and cannot guarantee future course dates or enrolment spaces.
Gift Vouchers
Gift vouchers are available via Square by clicking the voucher link on my website. These are online vouchers that Square emails to the recipient after the voucher is purchased. Vouchers are valid for three years from the date of purchase. Health Fund rebates will not apply to gift vouchers. Vouchers will be redeemed in person at Green Heart Healing Space, 17 Atrium Way Everton Hills Qld 4053. Bring your voucher with you to your appointment so it can be redeemed. If you have been gifted a voucher and want to use it for online or distant treatment, please contact me directly at info@greenhearthealingspace.com.au so we may find a way to make that happen. Gift vouchers can be used for treatments and/or products. Gift vouchers are not to be used for in-person or online training and courses. If a gift voucher has been donated by my business for the local community to use for a fundraising or charity event it may have a shorter expiration date.
Refund Policy
I do not offer a refund if you change your mind, so you are encouraged to consider carefully whether a purchase is right for you before you make your payment. I don’t offer refunds if you receive an unwanted gift. You may choose to receive a refund, exchange or credit if the product is faulty, wrongly described, different from a sample shown to you, or does not do what it is supposed to do. Products must be returned within thirty days, accompanied by the original purchase receipt.
If a product is out of stock, please notify me of your interest in purchasing it by contacting me at info@greenhearthealingspace.com.au so I may notify you as soon as it is restocked. Perfect Potion and Australian Bush Flower Essences may choose to discontinue certain products, and you can contact them directly if you wish to find out about a specific product.
All care should be taken to use the products using the instructions on the product provided by Perfect Potion or Australian Bush Flower Essences. Please ensure that you follow the directions and dosage as instructed on the label.
Should you find you have a reaction to an ingredient, please stop the use of the product immediately and if necessary, seek medical advice.
I take my obligations under Australian Consumer Law seriously and will do my best to address any issues that arise. However, even if there is a major problem, my liability is strictly limited to:
- replacing the goods or providing the services again; or
- if I am unable to do so within a reasonable time, refund the full amount that you have paid to me.
If you feel that there is any problem with my services or your purchase, please let me know within 24 hours. I am keen to understand what has gone wrong if you are unhappy so that I can address your concerns and try to find a mutually acceptable solution.
Delivery and Shipping
All care is taken when completing your order for shipment. If you find there has been a mistake in the packing, please email info@greenhearthealingspace.com.au for further assistance.
All care is taken when packing your order to ensure your items are safe when leaving Green Heart Healing Space. This includes using quality packaging materials. Once your package has left our premises, Green Heart Healing Space is not responsible for damages incurred. Please contact us at info@greenhearthealingspace.com.au so we can put you in touch with the delivery company.
I charge a flat shipping rate for Australian customers which is paid at the time of your online purchase. I use Sendle for arranging shipping throughout Australia. If you have a PO Box or parcel locker I use Australia Post. Your parcel tracking number can be found in confirmation or notification emails you receive. The parcel tracking number is also shared with me so I can keep track of the shipment progress via the Sendle or Australia Post tracking tool. We will both be notified when the parcel completes its journey.
If in the rare case you encounter the following scenarios, here’s what they mean using Sendle:
- If the parcel tracking tool sets the item as unable to deliver, this means that the driver couldn’t access the delivery location, or they used their discretion and decided it wasn’t a good idea to leave the parcel unattended. Double check your details and hit the Redeliver parcel button to try again.
- If the parcel tracking tool says card left, this means that the driver attempted delivery, but no one was home, or it wasn’t safe to leave the parcel unattended. The driver left a card to inform the receiver and scanned the parcel, which will prompt an email notification to both the sender and the receiver.
- If the parcel tracking tool says the parcel has been left with agent, this means that the driver dropped off your parcel at a designated collection point near the receiver’s address. The driver left a card for instructions at the address, but you will also be notified by email.
If Sendle doesn’t hear from you within five days, the parcel will be returned to me for safety. If that’s the case, all information will be published on the Sendle tracking page, so I can monitor the parcel’s journey

Appointment Policies
I will discuss the number and frequency of appointments with you. This will be based on my professional opinion once I have had an opportunity to understand your treatment needs and goals. In many circumstances, predicting a person’s response to treatment and the number of sessions they may require can be difficult. I will discuss this with you before commencing treatment.
If you have booked an online session, this will occur using Zoom, an online video conference platform. Upon booking this option, you will be sent details on where to join the online meeting at the scheduled time. You must have downloaded the software before the call to ensure your appointment time is not impacted. Appointments will not be extended to allow time for software installation if not done prior. You need to be set up in a private, quiet area for online appointments. A café or public space is not suitable. You will need to focus, so please reschedule if you are going to be driving or supervising young children.
Providing at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel an appointment helps me keep your session costs down, maximise my availability to clients, and minimise lost clinical time. Any appointments missed or rescheduled with less than 6 hours’ notice will incur 50% of the total fee, which you must pay before your next scheduled appointment or within seven business days.
If you are late for an appointment, your session time may be less than the scheduled duration. Please note you will need to pay the total amount in these circumstances.
If you provide me with a mobile number or email address, a reminder text message will be sent 48 hours before your appointment. A reminder email will be sent 24 hours before your appointment. This is a courtesy reminder only. If you did not receive a reminder message and missed your appointment, you still need to pay the late/missed appointment fee. If ever in doubt, please telephone to confirm an appointment.
In the unlikely event that I cannot attend the scheduled appointment, I will contact you to advise with as much notice as possible. If the circumstances prevent me from offering an opportunity to reschedule immediately, I will endeavour to rectify this as soon as possible, given the circumstances.
