I offer Reiki through the lens of nervous‑system support, drawing on my training in depth nervous system work. I understand how co‑regulation, energy resonance, and grounded presence help your system feel safe enough to soften and shift.

Reiki and the nervous system
Reiki supports your nervous system by helping you shift from stress to deep rest. As your system softens, you may notice more clarity, a quieter mind, emotional steadiness, and a sense of flow and ease returning. It’s a reset that works at the level of your energy, not just your muscles.
Before you arrive
You’ll receive a short intake form. This information gives Jade a sense of where your body and energy are at – what’s been happening, what you’re hoping for, and anything she should know. No special preparation is needed. Just come as you are.
When you arrive
We begin with a brief check-in — a conversation, not a clinical assessment. Jade wants to know how you’re feeling today, not just how you’ve been in general. From there, you’ll settle on a loose intention together, something open rather than fixed.
During your session
You’ll lie fully clothed on the treatment table. Jade works with a light touch or a hands-off technique, following what your energy and body indicate in the moment. There’s no set script — each session moves at its own pace, responsive to what’s alive in your system.
As your system begins to soften and settle, you may notice:
- Your breath deepening
- Your mind becoming quieter
- Your body letting go of tension
- Emotions feel easier to hold
- A sense of flow returning
This is the beginning of down-regulation, the shift from activated stress charge into the body’s rest-and-restore state. Reiki doesn’t force this change; it simply creates the conditions where your system feels safe enough to relax.
Jade will bring you back gently before you get up. Some people feel deeply rested, almost dreamlike. Others feel clearer and more grounded. Some feel emotional, that’s completely okay, and often a sign that something has shifted. Depending on your session type, you may receive written notes or a short channelled message to support your integration in the days that follow.
Give yourself a little buffer after your session if you can, and avoid rushing straight back into a full schedule. Drink water, move gently, and let the shift land.

No. Reiki works with your nervous system and energy body regardless of what you believe about it. An open, curious mind is enough. Many clients arrive sceptical and leave surprised.
It means your nervous system responds to the calm, steady presence of another regulated person. During your session, Jade holds a grounded, attuned space, not to override your experience, but to create the conditions where your body feels safe enough to soften and settle on its own.
After your initial two 75-minute sessions, return whenever you feel your energy dipping or your nervous system tensing. Many clients come monthly or seasonally, others more frequently during stressful periods.
Yes. Reiki is gentle, non-invasive, and safe for all stages of life. It works well alongside any other wellbeing or therapeutic support you’re currently receiving.
Short answer: No. You are not giving me your energy, and I do not take energy from you.
Reiki doesn’t work by transferring personal energy from one person to another. I’m not using my own energy in your session, and I’m not drawing anything from your system. Instead, I’m working with universal life force, a neutral, supportive current that flows through all of us. My role is to hold a grounded, regulated space and to support your system in reconnecting with its own natural balance. Your energy stays yours. My energy stays mine.
Many clients ask this question because they’re sensitive, empathic, or have had experiences in the past where they felt drained around others. Reiki is different. It’s a practice of oneness, not exchange, a remembering of what’s already within you. You’re not giving anything away. You’re not losing anything. You’re simply returning to yourself.
