TRAINING
Reiki Courses with Jade
Curiosity was what first led me to Reiki. Maybe that’s what has brought you here too.
My own Reiki journey began while I was working with clients through hands-on physical treatments. I became curious about Reiki and working beyond the physical body. What began as something I wanted to understand professionally became a practice that was deeply valuable to me personally.
What I learned is that Reiki starts with YOU.
It starts with your own practice. Learning to slow down, work with Reiki, explore the teachings and notice what you experience for yourself. Before Reiki becomes something you might offer another person, it is a practice you can develop a relationship with in your own life.
Reiki training gives you the foundations to explore meditation, self-Reiki, the Reiki precepts and working with Ki, while developing your awareness and understanding through practice. There isn’t a particular experience you need to have or a certain way Reiki should feel.
As a Reiki Master and Teacher, I teach the Usui system of Reiki, drawing from both its Japanese foundations and Western Reiki practices. My teaching is grounded in clear guidance, practical experience and plenty of room to ask questions, explore the teachings and develop your own relationship with Reiki.
You might come to Reiki because you want something for yourself. You might already know you’d eventually like to work with others. You may simply be curious and want to see where your practice takes you.
You don’t need to have your whole Reiki path mapped out before you begin.
Start with the foundations, build your practice and let your own experience inform what you choose to explore next.
2026 Reiki Courses Brisbane
Reiki courses are held in small groups at Green Heart Healing Space in Everton Hills on Brisbane’s north side. Explore the different levels below and find the right place to begin or continue your Reiki training.
Reiki Level 1
Reiki Level 1 is where your own Reiki practice begins. Learn the foundations of the Usui system of Reiki through meditation, the Reiki precepts, self-Reiki, working with Ki and hands-on practice. You’ll also explore the Japanese energy system, the chakra system within Western Reiki teachings, and receive your Level 1 attunement/Reiju.
Reiki Level 2
Reiki Level 2 builds on the foundations of Level 1 as you deepen your understanding and practice of Reiki. Explore the Level 2 symbols and mantras, their deeper meaning within your practice, distance Reiki, and working with Reiki for yourself and others.
Reiki Level 3
Now you have a thorough understanding of Reiki through your own practice and application and are ready to master your own life and share the gift of Reiki with others. This is offered in the form of a mastership with Reiki Level 1 and 2 already completed. Step into Reiki self-mastery with Reiki Level 3.

Common questions
FAQs
What makes your Reiki training different?
I teach the Usui system of Reiki, drawing on its Japanese foundations and Western Reiki practices, with a grounded, nervous-system-informed approach. Courses are intentionally kept small, giving you time to practise, ask questions and explore the teachings through your own experience. I’ll share what I know and guide your practice, without telling you what Reiki should feel like or what your experience has to mean.
Do I need any experience to start Reiki Level 1?
No. Reiki Level 1 is the starting point, and you don’t need any previous Reiki experience. You may have received Reiki before, or this may be completely new to you. You don’t need to know where your Reiki practice will eventually lead — curiosity and a willingness to learn are enough to begin.
How do I know which Reiki level is right for me?
If you’re new to Reiki, Level 1 is where you begin and build your foundations.
If you’ve completed Level 1 and are ready to deepen your practice and explore working with Reiki for others, Level 2 is your next step.
If you’ve completed Levels 1 and 2 and want to deepen and embody the practices and teachings you’ve learned across the levels, Level 3a — Reiki Master is the next stage of training.
If you’re a Reiki Master and want to learn how to teach Reiki to others, Level 3 — Reiki Teacher is the teaching pathway.
You don’t need to decide at Level 1 how far you want to take your Reiki training. Each level can be approached in its own time, and you’re welcome to contact me if you’re unsure which course is appropriate for you.
What happens during a Reiki course?
Each Reiki level includes teaching, Reiki practice, meditation, attunement or Reiju appropriate to the level, and time for questions, discussion and integration. We explore the Usui system teachings and practices relevant to your level, including its Japanese foundations, with opportunities to practise and deepen your understanding through experience.
You don’t need to have a particular experience during an attunement or practice. There’s room to notice what you notice, ask questions and develop your own relationship with Reiki over time.
Are the courses in‑person or online?
Reiki Levels 1, 2, and 3a Reiki Master are offered in person in Everton Hills on Brisbane’s north side.
Online Reiki learning options are coming in 2027, beginning with an online, self-paced Reiki Level 1 course. One-to-one learning will also be available for students wanting to refresh previous Reiki training or receive more personalised guidance with their practice.
What is included in the course?
Each Reiki course includes the teaching and practices appropriate to that level, course materials, practical experience and a certificate upon completion of the training. Some levels also include additional follow-up or integration support. Each course page lists full inclusions so you can see exactly what is provided before enrolling.
Can I learn Reiki if I’m sensitive, anxious, or easily overwhelmed?
Yes. If you’re sensitive to your environment, prefer a gentler learning pace or have particular needs that may affect your experience of the course, you’re welcome to contact me before enrolling.
My teaching approach is grounded and nervous-system-informed, and courses are kept small so there is room for questions, breaks and different ways of participating where possible. You can also share accessibility, learning, or other support needs through your student intake form.
Can I join the waitlist?
Yes. If your preferred Reiki course doesn’t currently have an available date, you can join the waitlist on this page to be notified when new course dates are released. You’ll also receive updates about upcoming Reiki learning options as they become available.
