When you feel the pull towards learning Reiki, my advice is to follow it.
This is how my own Reiki journey began. I became curious about how to support clients beyond hands-on physical treatments. I wanted to guide clients deeper into their healing journey to feel empowered to look beyond the physical symptoms and recognise their emotional and spiritual wellness needs.
What I learned is that Reiki starts with YOU.
It starts with your connection to self and teaches you the importance of caring for your needs and trusting your intuition. It is a gift to ourselves first.
Reiki training allows you to become attuned to the subtle energies within your body, allowing you to heal and transform old hurts, revitalise your being and nurture yourself on a deeper level.
As a Reiki Master, I teach the Usui system of Reiki. I am trained in the original Japanese and Western traditions of Reiki, and I am committed to this healing art in my personal and professional life.

2025 Reiki Training Courses
Reiki Level 1
This is your starting point. Where you make the decision to receive the universal love that Reiki energy is. During Reiki Level 1 you experience sacred reiki attunements to align and tune your energy centres. This process allows the universal life force energy to become amplified when drawn through your hands.
Reiki Level 2
Stepping forward to receive Reiki Level 2 is deepening your commitment to Reiki, your personal growth and taking greater responsibility for your healing journey. The course is designed for those who use Reiki actively in their lives. You will experience a sacred ceremony enhancing your connection to this beautiful energy.
Reiki Level 3
Now you have a thorough understanding of Reiki through your own practice and application and are ready to master your own life and share the gift of Reiki with others. This is offered in the form of a mastership with Reiki Level 1 and 2 already completed. Step into Reiki self-mastery with Reiki Level 3.
