Soul Journaling
Our intuition, our soulās knowing, is constantly communicating to us. Soul journaling is a great way to practise listening and feeling a strong connection with your intuition.
This journaling style is about writing from our heart space, not our head space.
Connecting to our inner voice and heart space allows us to delve deeper beyond the day-to-day happenings. It provides a chance to listen and sense what our intuition tries to communicate with us for our highest good.
How to start journaling
To begin the process, find a safe, comfortable, quiet space where you wonāt be disturbed. You may like to play gentle music in the background as you settle in to record spoken or written words.
Close your eyes and take a few breaths to relax your body and mind. Set the intention to receive your heartās intuitive wisdom.
Connect with a journal prompt or use one of your own and start writing or speaking. Donāt think about it too much; see what naturally starts flowing. It may take a few attempts to find your rhythm. Trust the process and return to it often.
Journal Prompts for Soul Journalling
- What do I need to make space for?
- Who am I in my fullest expression?
- What is the gap between my story and my truth?
- What am I willing to see today?
- What is blocking me from living my wholeness?
- What would love do?
- If I was in alignment, what would I choose?
- What is the gift here?
- What would my higher self have me know right now?
- I am ready to…
- I am willing to…
- I trust…
- I believe…
