Reiki Level 1
When you feel the pull towards learning Reiki, my advice is to follow it.
During Reiki Level 1, you will learn what Reiki is, how it works and the origins of this gentle yet powerful healing modality and spiritual practice.
Reiki Level 1 is your starting point. This is where you decide to receive the universal love that Reiki energy is.
In the course, we explore the Chakra system and Japanese energy system, how they relate to Reiki, and the benefits our subtle energy system can experience.
During Reiki Level 1, you experience sacred Reiki attunements to align and tune your energy centres. This process amplifies the universal life force energy when drawn through your hands. The Reiki attunements serve as a spiritual blessing or invitation to open and connect to your life force energy, the energy that flows through all things. The attunement invites stillness and peace and honours your next step on the spiritual journey.
Learning to perform self-treatment is essential to this training and adds a practical component to the course. After you become attuned by the teacher, you will experience self-treatment before giving and receiving treatment with another student. You leave this course ready to share Reiki with your loved ones.
Leave Reiki Level 1 knowing how to use Reiki in your own life. An extraordinary gift that will never leave you.
All course content is included in your Reiki Level 1 manual, which you receive on the training day. This course is taught over an entire day. You will receive your Reiki certificate of attendance upon completion of the day.
Approximately 21 days after you finish the course, you’re invited to book a 60-minute follow-up session—a powerful integration point and the formal completion of your Level 1 Shoden Reiki training. This session is designed to support you as you deepen your practice, reflect on your experiences, and receive a nourishing Reiki treatment from me. Whether in person or via Zoom, this is a valuable opportunity to reconnect, ask questions, and receive personal guidance and healing. If attending remotely, your session can include a distance Reiki healing to support your ongoing energetic alignment.
The only prerequisites for learning the Usui system of Reiki and taking part in Reiki Level 1 are openness, a desire to learn and a commitment to use Reiki in one’s life. Level 1 Reiki does not qualify you as a practitioner, but you can use Reiki on friends, family members or pets.
Course Details
- The location is at Green Heart Healing Space, Everton Hills.
- Full-day training 8.45 am to 6 pm.
- Courses are capped at four attendees to ensure personalised guidance, deeper connection, and ample time for hands-on practice and individual support throughout.
- Light refreshments are provided on the day. Jade caters to your dietary needs related to lifestyle, medical, and cultural needs.
- Attendees are required to bring their lunch. Microwave and fridge are available.
- The course includes your Reiki manual, a sacred attunement ceremony and a Reiki certificate.
- You will receive a personalised flower remedy intuitively prepared by Jade to offer further integration and support.
- On your training day, you can enjoy a 10% student discount on any bush flower or Perfect Potion product sold in the clinic.
Upon completion of training, ongoing support is available via:
- Access to the student portal and Reiki resources after the course to offer ongoing learning and reflection.
- Ongoing opportunities for in-person and online connections with the Green Heart Healing Space Reiki Community.
- A student-discounted 60-minute one-to-one 21-day course follow-up session with Jade, either online or in person.
- Option for one-on-one Reiki mentoring sessions.
