What to expect
In this 90-minute experience, we begin with a brief consultation to discuss your intention for the session. From there, I will guide you to a deep state of relaxation. While in this calm state, I will identify areas of stuck energy sitting in your energy body that need to be released.
Following this, we tend to your physical body as you experience a soothing massage to allow your body and mind to unwind.
We then flow into your intuitive Reiki treatment, where I channel this gentle energy to bring harmony back to your physical and energy bodies.
The session’s closing will incorporate a time to share, and I will offer resources to support you following your experience.

Does every intuitive Reiki massage session have to include massage and Reiki? No. You may prefer intuitive guidance practices only, which is fine. Otherwise, you can still receive Reiki or massage to close the session.Ā There are no set ārules,ā but there will still be purpose and structure.Ā I will work with you to ensure the session flows in the most supportive way for you and your nervous system.
What if I donāt feel intuitive enough or donāt understand energy healing? Everyone can access their intuition, and I work with you to explain each step of the process. These sessions can be described as a co-creative experience in which you are actively involved in creating a new ānormalā at the highest possible vibration.ā If you would feel more comfortable chatting with me first to ensure it feels like a good fit, contact me via phone or email.
How do I know if I need more than one session? You can discuss this with me at your initial appointment, as this depends on your intentions and goals. However, ideally, several sessions allow you to move beyond the surface and shift energy and limiting beliefs at a deeper level to ensure lasting change. You want to avoid slipping back into old habits and patterns.
